REGISTRATION POLICIES:

We can't give refunds or transfers. Once you purchase your race entry, we pay the land owners for your park pass, buy swag, pay the insurance company, pay the timing company and photographer, and on. That said, we're still reasonable people and want to help you out, if you write a compelling request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you can’t make it to a race, we sure appreciate a quick note that you won’t be there. Thank you for your courtesy!

PACKET PICKUP:

We offer two opportunities for packet pickup prior to every race. First, packet pickup is available at Rogue Running from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm the Saturday before each race at Rogue Running. Second, packet pickup is available for one hour before the start of each race.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We take runner safety seriously. Please submit ANY notable medical conditions you have during your registration process. We’ll take it from there. At all of our races, we employ an expert medical and safety response team from Sentinel Safety and Rescue. These are badass EMT Firefighters that come equipped full scale medical response equipment and tactics. If you go down on the trail, we will find you and return you to safety.

Our Principles

Your privacy is paramount. We do not share any of your personal information with anyone for commercial purposes.

Our Partners

Only business partners that serve the core functions of our business, such as our registration and timing services, have access to your personal information and only when you give it to them.
